Quality Management Training held in Satkhira

A three-day quality management training was held recently in Satkhira which focuses on increasing the economic, social, and political participation of climate-vulnerable marginalized communities in Bangladesh and India.

Organized by BARCIK and NETZ Bangladesh, the training aimed to enhance the skills and understanding of project staff. Sessions covered project objectives, implementation strategies, monitoring and reporting systems, financial and administrative management, safeguarding policies, and communication mechanisms.

Facilitators provided in-depth insights into climate impacts on marginalized populations, resilience strategies, and the importance of effective coordination. Discussions also included ethical standards, child protection, and prevention of harassment.

Participants actively shared their experiences and perspectives, making the sessions dynamic and practical. The training concluded with a renewed commitment from participants to apply their knowledge and improve the effectiveness and sustainability of project
